ZEN BREATHE (IN PERSON)

Zen breathe classes focus on breath work and meditation with an aim to help you relax your body, slow down your mind, calm your central nervous system and prepare you for a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, it can aid in releasing any stress, tension, or negative thoughts you may be holding onto and give you mental clarity.

Classes are 45 minutes long and held every Wednesday at 8:15pm in Donaghmede, Dublin 13.
