Numerous research has shown that employees who incorporate mindfulness techniques and practise stress management tools tend to demonstrate increased productivity, decreased absenteeism, and overall higher levels of happiness within the workplace.


If you're considering hosting a wellness day for your employees or simply want to demonstrate your appreciation for their hard work, why not treat them to an "hour of zen".

This hour includes breath work, meditation, and specific stretches that can be used for both at home and at your desk. There will also be a short talk on stress management tools that can be used in all aspects of day to day life.


If you would rather a session focusing in on breath work and meditation, this option is available for both in-person and online.

These sessions can be arranged as one-time events or as part of a regular program.
