Pop-up classes are designed specifically for gyms, sports clubs and social clubs.

You can book a one time pop up class and design it yourself by choosing between meditation, breath work, stretching and journaling – you can select one or as many as you like.

Grace has provided “Marathon Meditation” for us now on multiple occasions, both online and in person. With a combination of breathing exercises, easy stretches and some visualisation these sessions left our club members feeling calm yet energised. The sessions really helped us let go of any stress or tension we may have had about the race day.
